What is the difference between a display case and a display cabinet?
Display cases are suitable for single or small collections, making them easy to place independently; display cabinets are suitable for multiple collections and can be stacked and combined from multiple display cases, providing more space and organization.
Can I make a display case first and then expand it into a display cabinet later?
Yes. Our display solution is designed to be extensible. You can start with a display case and then purchase additional stacks according to the number of collections in the future, gradually upgrading to a display cabinet.
I don't know how to measure dimensions. What is the most accurate way to do it?
You can first check the “Measuring Dimensions Tutorial” page and follow the steps to measure the model dimensions and reserve space; if you are still unsure, you are welcome to contact us via WhatsApp, and we will provide suggestions based on your model type.
What information do I need to provide for a quotation?
Generally, you only need to provide the required “internal dimensions” / “external dimensions” (length × depth × height) (unit: CM) and the accessories you want to add (such as lighting, background, lettering, sliding doors, etc.), and we can provide a preliminary quotation.
How long does it usually take to receive the goods after ordering?
Generally, it takes about 45 working days to produce and arrange delivery (calculated from the date of payment confirmation). If particularly complex structures or peak seasons are encountered, the delivery date may be slightly adjusted, and we will notify you in advance.
Are accessories a must?
Not required. Lighting, background, lettering, sliding doors, etc. are all optional add-ons, and you can freely choose according to your budget and display needs.
What if the dimensions are measured incorrectly?
We will indicate the dimensions and configuration when quoting; if you are not sure about the dimensions, it is recommended to ask us to help confirm them first to avoid affecting the display effect due to dimensional errors.
Is it possible to create a themed scene/custom background?
Yes. You can choose an LKS design or find your favorite picture online. We provide post-production and renderings* for confirmation.
